[vector] Hime Arikawa

First thing - Hime is 100% male, so please - no generic comments like "cute girl". This has born as a request on Steam that I should make something from the recently aired Himegoto and since I really liked the clothes what he has worn in the 8th episode (the ones which has he now dressed) I decided to make something from that scene. Long time since I made art with a male anyways.
The project is 100% vectored using mere screenshots as source, but has multiple things changed and the outlines are refined, due as you know, screenshots never are so detailed to begin with - missing lines, vashed out colors, etc. But well, I think my skill after those years is enough to fix up all everything and make the final product good to look at.
